Westwind is a Resident Owned Community for age 55+, comprising almost 400 mobile homes or
manufactured homes ..It is located in the beautiful little town of Dunedin in Pinellas County, Florida.
Dunedin is centrally situated on the Gulf of Mexico in the Tampa Bay area just a few miles from the famous
Clearwater Beach but boasts its own beaches on Dunedin Causeway, Caledesi Island and Honeymoon Island. It

There are two Associations in Westwind..... Westwind I and Westwind II...
One has 195 homes and the other has 188 homes .
Although they are separate communities financially and each has their own board of directors, almost all else is co-
ordinated and all facilities, functions and services are available to all residents.
Each Resident Owned Community has their own clubhouse, kitchen, library, heated swimming pool, lanai,
